Clause 1 — Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the winbest website, gaming platform, mobile application or any related services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions in this document, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which form part of this agreement.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are asked to stop using winbest services immediately. Continued access to the platform after terms have been updated means you accept those changes.

Clause 2 — Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use winbest services, you must meet the following requirements at all times while using the platform:

• Register under your own name and not on behalf of a third party.

Verification may include submission of a copy of your identity card (MyKad), proof of current address or other additional information. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified period may result in account suspension or closure.

Each user is fully responsible for the security of their username and password. winbest will never request password information via email, live chat or any other medium. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact our support team immediately.

Clause 3 — User Responsibilities

As a registered winbest user, you agree to use this platform in a lawful, ethical manner consistent with these terms. The following behaviour is strictly prohibited:

• Using any software, scripts or automated methods to access or interact with the platform.
• Attempting to deceive the system or manipulate game outcomes through technical or other means.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Transferring funds between user accounts with the intent of circumventing bonus terms.
• Sharing an account with another individual or allowing a third party to use your account.
• Providing false information to the support team to obtain unauthorised benefits.
• Acting in an abusive, offensive or threatening manner towards staff or other users.

winbest reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of breaching these terms. If a breach is confirmed, winbest may take appropriate action including temporary suspension, permanent account termination, forfeiture of account balances linked to fraudulent activity, and/or reporting to the relevant authorities.

Clause 4 — Deposits and Withdrawals

The winbest platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through designated payment methods. All financial transactions are subject to the following policies:

• The minimum deposit per transaction is RM10, regardless of the payment method used.
• The minimum withdrawal per request is RM50.
• Accepted payment methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH.
• The standard withdrawal processing time is between 10 and 45 minutes from the time the request is received.
• Withdrawal requests may take longer if additional account verification is required.
• All deposits must be made from an account or e-wallet registered in the user's own name. Payments from third parties are not accepted.

winbest reserves the right to hold withdrawal requests for anti-money laundering (AML) compliance or internal review purposes. Users will be notified through the platform or by email if any further action is required from them.

Clause 5 — Bonuses and Promotions

winbest offers various bonuses and promotions to registered members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific conditions that must be met before any bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn.

The Welcome Bonus currently offered to new members is a 200% bonus on the first deposit, with a maximum bonus cap of RM1,000. The wagering requirement is 10 times the bonus amount received, not the deposit amount.

• Example: Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM200 → Total balance RM300 → Required wagering amount: RM200 × 10 = RM2,000.
• Another example: Deposit RM1,200 → Bonus RM1,000 (maximum cap) → Total balance RM2,200 → Required wagering amount: RM1,000 × 10 = RM10,000.

The winbest VIP loyalty programme is divided into five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each tier offers a different weekly cashback rate — starting from up to 0.3% at Bronze level up to 1.5% at Diamond level. Tier advancement depends on the user's activity and loyalty on the platform.

• winbest reserves the right to modify, suspend or end any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Attempts to abuse any bonus through hedge betting or similar methods may result in bonus cancellation and account termination.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts and have no direct cash value.

Clause 6 — Games and Betting

The winbest platform offers a range of game categories including slots, live casino, sportsbook, sic bo, mix parlay and other table games. All games operate using a certified random number generator (RNG) or are streamed live with real dealers for live casino.

Users are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing bets. winbest is not liable for any losses arising from a failure to understand game rules.

• All valid winnings will be credited directly to the user's account once confirmed.
• If a technical disruption occurs during a game, the affected round will be voided and the bet will be refunded.
• winbest reserves the right to void any bet suspected of involving fraud or system exploitation.
• For sportsbook, odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. winbest reserves the right to void bets based on inaccurate information or pricing errors.

Clause 7 — Account Suspension and Termination

Users may close their own account at any time by contacting the winbest customer support team via live chat or email. Account closure requests will be processed once all pending withdrawal requests have been settled.

winbest reserves the right to unilaterally suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Breach of these terms and conditions or any related policy.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering or any other unlawful behaviour.
• Opening more than one account by the same individual.
• Registration by an individual under the age of 21.
• Receipt of instructions from the relevant authorities to do so.

If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, winbest reserves the right to withhold any account balance linked to fraudulent activity. For ordinary account closures without any breach, valid balances will be returned to the user within a reasonable time.

Clause 8 — Intellectual Property

All content on the winbest platform, including but not limited to logos, brand names, website design, icons, graphics, text, software code and game content, is the exclusive property of winbest or its relevant licensors.

Users are prohibited from copying, redistributing, modifying, publishing, transmitting or exploiting any content on the platform in any form without prior written consent from winbest. Any infringement of this intellectual property will be subject to appropriate legal action.

Clause 9 — Limitation of Liability

The winbest platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, winbest makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy or suitability of the platform for any particular purpose.

winbest shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred while using the platform, including money wagered in games.
• Service interruptions caused by system maintenance, technical failures or circumstances beyond winbest's control.
• Unauthorised access to a user's account resulting from the user's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.
• Indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.

Clause 10 — Changes to These Terms

winbest reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes made will take effect immediately upon being published on this website.

Users are advised to check this page periodically to ensure they are always aware of the latest version of the terms. Continued use of the platform after the terms have been updated will be considered as your acceptance of the new version.

For changes deemed material, winbest will endeavour to notify users via in-platform notifications or email communications.
